This New Level Client Loves Boxing For Fitness!
New Level Personal Training (Yarraville) client, Sheila has been training with New Level for 5 years. Sheila trains a couple of times per week with a mix of boxing for cardio fitness and weight training for strength.
Sheila has a fantastic attitude to health and fitness and puts in 100% each and every session. The session variety and comfortable environment motivate Sheila to continue year to year.
