A New Level Workout! Great Work Johnny!!

 

New Level Personal Trainer Callum puts Johnny through his paces at New Level Yarraville. Johnny is definately up for the challenge and produces yet another great workout! John has been training at New Level for 3 years now and loves the training environment, the session variety and of course an intense boxing session.

At New Level we incorporate boxing into some of our workouts if it is relevant to our clients’ goals. Boxing can be used for a warm up to a weights/strength session or for a full on aerobic workout.
