Over a month ago now, New Level HQ asked their 750 + Facebook Friends the following question…

Question: Why Do People See A Personal Trainer?

Answer:
#1 Motivation
#2 Accountability
#3 Specific Advice

These results took us by surprise because we expected people to respond with answers such as:

  • Lose Weight
  • Tone Up
  • Get Fit!

We know that losing weight, toning up or getting fitter is the result that clients want, not to
mention, fitting into new clothes, increasing energy or sleeping better as well.

These are all common end results.

But in answering the question, clients didn’t say that. Instead they focused on the motivation,
accountability and specific advice a trainer gives them along the way. In short, clients engage
the services of a trainer to help them along and partner with them in the journey towards
their chosen destination.

Because let’s face it, it’s the habits that are formed during the journey that will help you
arrive at your chosen destination…and (more importantly) maintain the result for the
long-term. And that’s what it’s all about for us at New Level Personal Training…
