The results diary is an aspect of training towards a goal that doesn’t get much of a mention these days. With all of the apps, websites and literature out there on food and nutrition people seem to think of it as an archaic form of keeping track. However the results diary is one of the best and easiest ways to keep you on track. One should think of it as either evidence that you’re doing the right thing nutrition wise or the smack in the face you need to wake you up to bad habits.
