Group Training
All of our New Level clients get access to our FREE Saturday morning Group Training Session. This is a fantastic “extra” session to use as a “homework session” that pushes you and is professionally ran by a New Level trainer.
Our Saturday morning group training session is very popular session, as clients LOVE starting their weekend off on a healthy and positive note!
Typically this group session will be held outdoors. Clients of ALL fitness levels are welcome to attend of course. It is the trainer’s job to ensure EVERYONE gets an appropriate workout during the session no matter their experience or fitness level.
As is the New Level way, the vibe is relaxed, fun and social… whilst working hard of course!!
